Yoga Teaching
Georgia is a 200HR YTT trained yoga teacher, having studied traditional Hatha yoga and Yin yoga in Sri Lanka. She teaches within the lineage of Krishnamacharya, offering grounded and mindful practices that combine asana, pranayama, and meditation to support awareness and inner stillness.
Himalayan sound bowls are used at the end of practice as a subtle support for relaxation, helping guide the mind into deeper meditative states. Georgia is at the beginning of her yoga teaching journey, approaching the practice with deep respect for its traditional roots. Her teaching is accessible to all, inviting each student to meet the practice where they are — with patience and kindness.
Sound Healing
Sound healing is based on the understanding that the body responds to vibration at a cellular and neurological level. With the human body composed of over 60% water, sound waves move efficiently through tissue, speaking directly to the body in the universal language of vibration.
Georgia works with high quality traditional Himalayan sound healing bowls, handcrafted in Nepal using seven metals associated with planetary and energetic principles. Played with intention, these instruments produce rich harmonic overtones that guide the brain toward slower wave states associated with deep relaxation and meditation. This process supports activation of the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to reduce stress and cortisol while allowing the body’s innate healing responses to arise.
One-to-one sessions support the release of physical tension, emotional holding, and energetic stagnation. Vibration is used to gently organise the body’s internal rhythms — influencing circulation, calming the nervous system, and restoring balance across physical, emotional, and energetic layers.
