Dianne Juteram

Yoga Teacher & Practitioner in the Krishnamacharya Lineage

Rooted in yogic tradition and philosophy

Di is a dedicated practitioner and teacher of traditional yoga, drawing deeply from the teachings of T. Krishnamacharya and the classical path of Rāja Yoga with a personal connection to the Ashtanga method. Her practice is centred on cultivating inner stillness, refined discernment, and profound self-inquiry through breath-based asana, pranayama, and dhyana.

Guided by the principle that yoga is a tool for personal and spiritual evolution, Di creates sacred space for others to explore the deeper dimensions of yoga in a safe and accessible way.

Her approach is further informed by her comprehensive studies in naturopathy and Ayurveda, providing a holistic lens that honours the integration of body, mind, and spirit.

Di is also a sound healing practitioner. Her sessions and workshops are enriched by the therapeutic resonance of crystal and Tibetan bowls, alongside carefully curated meditative soundscapes that promote deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.

Di’s classes are inclusive, nurturing, and authentically rooted in yogic tradition, creating an ideal sanctuary for students seeking transformation beyond the physical practice.

Di completed a comprehensive 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Beverly McCulloch of Healing Heart Yoga & Ayurveda and now Anandamaya Wellness.

She continues to deepen her knowledge and experience by attending other workshops and programs for professional development and has recently visited India to study at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram (KYM) in Chennai.
