Abhyanga – 90-Minute Detoxifying & Energetic Ayurvedic Oil Massage

Abhyanga is a deeply nourishing full-body Ayurvedic massage designed to calm thenervous system, support circulation, and restore balance throughout the body. Warm herbal oils are applied in rhythmic, flowing strokes that help release tension, ground the mind, and promote a sense of inner steadiness.

This treatment is both detoxifying and energetically balancing. The warm oils and specific massage techniques help mobilise toxins, support lymphatic flow, and encourage the body’s natural cleansing processes. On an energetic level, Abhyanga works to harmonise the subtle channels of the body, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.

A typical Abhyanga session runs for approximately 90 minutes, allowing ample time for the oils to penetrate the tissues, soothe the muscles, and guide you into a state of deep relaxation and renewal. It’s an ideal treatment for anyone seeking rejuvenation, stress relief, or a gentle reset for both body and mind.

Marma Therapy Within Abhyanga

During an Abhyanga treatment, gentle Marma therapy is incorporated to deepen the therapeutic and energetic effects of the massage. Marma points are vital energy centres located throughout the body — places where physical, mental, and subtle energies meet. By applying warm herbal oils and soft, intentional pressure to these points, the treatment helps to release energetic blockages, support pranic flow, and restore harmony within the body’s systems.

Marma activation enhances the detoxifying nature of Abhyanga by encouraging circulation, stimulating the lymphatic system, and supporting the body’s natural cleansing processes. It also works on a more subtle level, helping to calm the mind, balance the doshas, and promote a sense of clarity and inner steadiness. The result is a treatment that feels both grounding and revitalising — nurturing the physical body while gently awakening the energetic pathways that support overall wellbeing.

Shirodhara – 50-Minute Mind-Calming Ayurvedic Therapy

Shirodhara is a profoundly calming Ayurvedic treatment that works directly on the mindand nervous system. A gentle, continuous stream of warm herbal oil is poured across the forehead, specifically over the Ajna marma — the “third eye” point associated with clarity, intuition, and mental stillness.

This steady flow of oil creates a deeply meditative state, soothing the mind’s activity and helping to quiet patterns of stress, worry, and mental fatigue. Shirodhara is especially supportive for those experiencing overwhelm, restlessness, insomnia, or emotional tension, offering a sense of spaciousness and inner calm that lingers long after the treatment ends.

As the nervous system unwinds, the mind becomes clearer, softer, and more grounded. Many people describe the experience as a gentle reset — a return to themselves, where thoughts settle and a deep sense of peace emerges.

Shirodhara is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with mental stillness in aworld that rarely slows down.

Kati Basti – 50-Minute Ayurvedic Lower-Back Oil Therapy

Kati Basti is a deeply soothing Ayurvedic treatment focused on nourishing and relieving the lower back. Warm, medicated oil is gently pooled over the lumbar region using a dough dam, allowing heat and herbal properties to penetrate deeply into the muscles and tissues.

This treatment helps ease stiffness, release tension, and support mobility in the lowerspine. The sustained warmth encourages circulation, softens tight muscles, and provides a sense of grounding and comfort throughout the whole body.

Kati Basti is especially supportive for those experiencing lower-back discomfort, fatigue, or accumulated stress in the body’s foundation. It offers both physical relief and a subtle energetic steadiness, helping clients feel more supported, centred, and at ease.

Mindfulness & Meditation 30-Minute Sessions

Mindfulness and meditation sessions offer a gentle space to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner awareness. These sessions guide you through simple yet powerful practices that help calm the mind, soften stress, and bring you back into the present moment.

Using the breath, guided meditation, and mindful awareness techniques, each session supports mental clarity, emotional balance, and a steadier inner landscape.
